1 event,Our guest speaker is Herb Beskar, director of Roanoke Asylum Seekers Support Network.  This organization works with asylum seekers to assist them with housing, jobs, education, transportation, clothing, healthcare, etc., because most of these people arrive here with very few belongings, and no financial support. We'll learn a great deal more about their efforts on the 27th. Continue reading "GENERAL MEETING" |
