What You can Do

• Fly the American flag.
• Make phone calls or send letters to your elected representatives. Let them know how you feel about issues that are important to you and what you expect from them.
• Sign up to be an election officer. (See below: Volunteer at the Polls.)
• Participate in post card writing and other activities.
• Attend club meetings and events. We need to support each other!
• Stay informed. Read the club’s e-newsletter (pay particular attention to Political Outreach and Election support Committee news), our Facebook page and sign up for Cardinal News which focuses on news in southwest Virginia.
• Vote Democratic!

Stop by! Daily Office Coordinators (DOCs) are on duty 11 am – 3 pm, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.

VOLUNTEER AT THE POLLS

We always have sign-ups for volunteers to represent Democrats at polling sites on election days. But we also need Democrats to volunteer inside the polling locations in an official capacity. If you’re interested in applying to be a polling site volunteer, please contact the country registrar where you live.
